At Autel Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
